- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Turn renewal off in the billing portal. A paid plan still runs through its twelve months, then it ends.
- What counts as sponsor revenue?
- The amount a sponsor pays for a package on your program, after the card fee. Your plan sets the share Ribbyn keeps. The rest is paid to the publishers on that program.
- Can sponsors buy a rank?
- No. A package is attention around the program. It does not change who is recognized, or in what order.
Ribbyn approves publishers. After that, the plan is chosen in Studio. Custom branding, white-label badges, and a custom domain are part of Pro and Business, and Ribbyn sets them up with you.
